Since when hafe received oure modem and internet contract the service at telkom is, first the change oure land line to date only so when cant received eny calls but after a fight and waiting and waiting they got that fix for us so that the internet work and when can receive calls but from the start oure modem is not working right it keeps on switching off and on again (rebooting). when we phone them they help us to so cald fix the problem but it aint fix, when we take the modem to a telkom branch they don't want swop it out... why not? it was up to from day!!! please i want a new modem that is not up to!!!
