I ordered a Telkom Line in November 2013 (order number 89123831A), the line was installed the same month. I also added a ADSL line for our business. Now in January 2014 I am told that the line is not registered&is going to be discontinued (which it has)& a Mrs Pienaar, who's email address is [Email Removed] was screaming at me for being (hurling accusations is dangerous the last time I checked). I don't work for Telkom- I did everything I was told to do from my side to open a line for a business, now to be accused of by a rude Telkom employee is the last thing I had. Please clarify&rectify. And be aware that Neotel is your competition if you don't wish to have our business.
