I reported a fault on our business line on Friday 20th and was given a ref number 553CWZ200913. I have twice called in to check on the progress. So far, no results. Still without a business line and what makes it worse is that our alarm is connected to this line. So our security is now compromised too - we cannot arm the alarm - its not linked to the alarm company and therefore no armed response. Do Telkom care? Not really.
Six days now and counting! :(
