I am so tired of complaining about cell c.
Your on goes in for repairs on the 1 December 2013, it returns from the repairs dept on 18 December 2013 and then your phone still has the same issue because guess what, it wasn't actually seen to. I then book it in for a 2nd time and what do you know Cell C gives me a new handset in a sealed box.
After having the phone for 3 weeks I decide to use my earphones only to discover that it's not working. I phoned the call centre today and get told that I have to send it in for repairs, this is not on.
Can Cell C do anything right.
I am so angry right now that I actually feel like cancelling all 3 of my contracts with them.
As for the people in the call centre they have NO RESPECT whatsoever for the person on the otherside. IF they not giggling then they leave you holding while they having a private chat and some even give you attitude.
Can someone attend to this as a matter of urgency.
