I had placed my one month notice to cancel my contract, of which I selected my number to be ported. My contract officially ended on 31st January 2013 and my sim card went dead! I contacted Nashua's customer care centre four times to date of which all times I was told that the error was made on their side and they will need to notify their technical department to re-activate my sim card and they will get back to me. It is now 1 week since my sim card has been deactivated and haven't received a response and any joy whatsoever! People i spoke to
