I want my money back

I upgraded my contract to a blackberry Z10 and was told that i will recueve FREE BBM for the duration of the contract. I was however billed R59 every month for BIS and the Z10 does not even support BIS. I then lodged a service request with a promise that my issue will be resolved and i have had no feedback whatsover. worst thing is that they did acknoledge mistakes they made during the upgrade and hoped they will move speedily to resolve my complaint. I have two contracts with Vodacom and really not a happy customer, I wish i could cancel both of them right now!!
