As all telkom customers know the telkom adsl lines connectivity has been really bad the past month. i phoned telkom now to inform them that i want to switch to another isp. after waiting on the line for 30 minutes. phuti answered and said wrong department. he put me through to another department. Trudi answered. she said wrong department and put me through somewhere again. after that the auto voice told me that i am in the wong department and must call during work hours. so what the must i do to get my line sorted out. service is and the call center who dont help as well. takes me 30 minutes to hello peter cause my adsl is so slow and unstable. please can i get someone that can actually help.
