Good day as a telkom costumer I'm very disappointed with their services. I got a telkom line for the past 30yrs recently someone is making prank calls. I asked telkom for assistance but was refused. I was asked to open a case and go to court then only can they provide me with a printout. Come now let's be realistic we are paying Telkom for their service its not free so we have all the RIGHT to access our printout. I go to work if someone is making prank calls and if my childs life is at stake, I must wait for the court to give me access. Since we pay for services rendered we should have full rights to know what calls come in and go out. Please help me. Telkom is full of yet you produce identification. Regards Vino
