I would like to thank Estelle at the Vodacom 4 U outlet in Richards Bay Boardwalk for her outstanding customer service. I have never upgraded my cell phone contact so fast and efficient before as I did on Friday the 2nd August. If only we could have more people like you. I will defiantly go back to Vodacom 4 U outlet with my other upgrades that need to be done along with my family that need to have their contacts upgraded. Sorry Vodacom Shop Boardwalk down stairs you have lost me as a customer and the rest of my business. Your service is shocking in comparison to Vodacom 4 U. The staff are not friendly and are very unhelpful.
