I visited the Telkom branch in Hatfield Pretoria to cancel my telkom data so that I can transfer my ADSL line to Afrihost. Waited in the queue and when I got to the consultant she told me to go sit at a phone and call the Help center. THE REASON I WENT TO THE SHOP IS BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT I NEVER GET THROUGH TO THE CALL CENTRE!!! THe last time I phoned the call centre to do this they cancelled my data as well as the ADSL line so then I had to apply for a new line while sitting without internet for about 2 weeks. When I got the new line the data was still included and I am still paying R400 each month for DATA I do not use after telling them to cancel it.
This is really unacceptable and I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible
I am truely FED UP.
