After trying to get hold of Telkom for the last two and a half weeks, I just gave up and I was forced to report them on HelloPeter.
I currently have a prepaid telephone line which I do not use and want to cancel, but I am unable to get through to them in order to do so.
I would hereby like to request for them to contact me in order to assist me in doing the above said, as I have given up hope on trying to get through to them by myself.
