Contract phone with no network reception indoors

HI

I recently took up a contract over the phone with Cell C, it was all well when I spoke to the agent over the phone and I was promised my number would be ported from Vodacom to them, BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE... this is the worst excuse for a network I have ever seen and I would personally advise anyone thinking of taking them up on their not to even try

Now I am stuck with a handset that has no reception when I'm indoors even when I do try to make that call half the time I never finish and I am not exaggerating when I say I have called the call centre more than 30 times and I am always told that they will get back to me or have the phone dropped in my ear and it has caused me a lot of problems I DETEST CELL C AND I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM EVER IN MY LIFE...!!!
