About a month ago I walked into Telkom Mobile Sandton to log a complaint about signal problems at my house. I spoke to a lady Mpumi or something. I was told I would get a call that day. Two weeks later I started escalating the query to your social media's and to a snr manager at Telkom Mobile. Only at that stage did they even ask me for my address.
Now it is four weeks later and not a single call or mail. Shocking service.
I have been a huge supporter of Telkom Mobile in my personal and professional capacity but this is not how you treat paying customers.
