After months of complaining about the cell c coverage in not only my area but ANY area, a technician is finally sent to rectify the problem. Instead of fixing anything, I am told that I must purchase an antenna to improve my signal?!?!?!? This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard!!! I want out of this contract NOW!!! Cell C is the cheapest network for a reason. Avoid them at all costs!!
