I have an issue with VODACOM since August 2013, I have place an on line order for a Samsung S4, upon arrival when activated it was discovered it wasn't what I asked for, I called their customer Care line and requested the item be returned has I was within my 7 days,
I was then convinced not to return but rather swop or take something else, which I later took a Acer Laptop, again when unpackaged didn't come on, again called and made them aware of this I then got a collection number, the item was only fetch on the 25.01.2014.(received on the 10.10.2013)
I was still being charged for these items.
I've been suspended on numerous occasion, I've been to the gateway branch on numerous occasion, the only response I get is a note has been put on the system and it will be escalated, to date no JOY.
I am very worked up about it has I been disconnected this morning, has soon has I mentioned hellopeter it opened doors lol,
Please could I ask of you to attend to at your soonest.
I have requested a credit of R1795.00.
