I purchased a few items off the website having responded to a legitimate facebook promotion run by Incredible Connection themselves. I paid via eft so they received the payment immediately. I had previously purchased numerous items front them using this method and already had a customer profile with them. There was a considerable delay in delivering the item. When I called to query the delay I was told that it was delivered. It wasn't. Delivery was arranged swiftly thereafter. One of the devices was faulty. I logged a call back and service request on the website and received no joy. When I called the customer care line I spoke to Kavish who kindly asked me to call another number. I asked him to ask them to call me. Justin called me the some time later. I explained the situation to him and he was not terribly helpful. He asked me to take it to a store to log it as faulty or swap it out. I asked him to check which store had stock of the item and he reluctantly did that. He asked me to go to gateway which is 40km away. I did only to find they had used items only. I've called him three times already and am still waiting for a reply after one of the calls cut on his end. Still I wait. CPA
