Spar's so called service levels are appalling. I have as recently as 20 Nov 13 returned yet again expired items (mould on the graded cheese) bought at the Spar outlet in Bassonia. I made it clear to the assistant manager Martiens, that this was the second time within two weeks that I had to return items that was expired which were still on their shelves. The previous item was a dairy product with an expiry date which exceeded one month. I contacted Spar's head office to which I was advised that a regional manager would contact me. To date, no response! I have returned four expired items to this specific store in question. First and second times one can accept, but on a 3rd and 4th occasion it means that this is becoming standard practice with the Spar brand. Im disgusted to say the least!!!
