No answer at call center holding on for eve

Im trying to get hold of telkom after several emails in weeks and calls for 3 days in a row and holding on for more than an hour 2 to 3 times a day! which add up to more than 3 hours a day times 3 days! whenever u phone another telkom number u can not reach anybody and if u do they redirect you to the 10210 number! i mean really can we get some help here please
