Absolutely pathetic and emails to executives go unattended, so I ask you, what are the chances of anything ever bring done if there is a total lack of client care or regard. You take my money with a smile on your face, but don't give a about your service delivery. Bottom line is, TELKOM is pathetic and a failure to the SA public!
