Pole removal from property

Good day

I log a call for a Telkom pole to be remove from my private property and received a ref. number 63281, they did sent a technition out two weeks after i log the call and he told us that the removal department will sent someone out. It is now already 6 weeks and no one came to remove the pole. On the 20th august 2013 i called again and they give me 5 numbers which is 0800202781 / 10210 / 0800202778 / to call with out any help, everyone give me another number to call. The last number is 021-41412370 which no one even pick up.
