I booked a cell phone for repairs a month ago as it was faulty. Firstly i was told that they need ear phones before they can book it in & i gave them that. The phone was booked & two weeks later when i in-quire about the progress i was told that they also need a manual & i gave them that. A week later they told me that they will exchange the phone for a new one & they will call me. This morning i received a call from Mtn saying that they have changed their minds and they are going to repair the phone & i have to pay for that. This is the second month & i am without a phone. Please help
