My phone was handed in with CellC for repairs in November 2013.
I received a quotation for repairs for R4 000.

I had to wait another number of weeks after I claimed it under the CCover I am paying for them to decide whether they will repair or provide me with new phone. They decided to repair.

I have to call every week and try the whole day on my expense to get feedback from CellC on how far they are in repairing the phone and when will I receive it back.

2 weeks ago I was told that it has been repaired and now is with Quality Control Inspection. It will be delivered last week to me.

I called today since 9h00 to find out why I never received a sms or anything that it is ready for collection. I was told it failed the Quality Control Inspection. If I ask what is the way forward I am told they are escalating my call to a higher level and someone will get back to me.

No one is getting back to me. Everyday I try. I am cut off most of the times when calling and being transferred to Repairs. I have to everytime spend all my money on all the security questions and when it comes to the point where they have to answer me the call is ended.

This is the worst service in the whole RSA.
