My phone was faulty the screen will freeze and the battery didn't last but on the 22 jan the store called saying my phone is back but it was more damaged cause the battery couldn't feed proper, so the book it in again till today no feedback when i call to enquaries call centre consultant Tshepo gave me bad attitude and they don't even know where one must send there complains department. Since the debit order is going through why must i suffer because of there mistake.i m even considering cancelling the contract cause i no longer happy with them.the must offer a new phone or tell me the outcomes of the repair then life can go on please
