I have a Standard Bank Garage card and there is a credit of R588 which needed to be refunded to me - and what a frustration:
1. My first phone (duration 15min) call was 14 of June when is spoke to Susan and she told me the money was transfer on the 5 if I have not received anything in my bank account have to send an e-mail which I have with a copy of my bank statement showing no refund.
2. Second Phone call 18 June (20 Min duration) - spoke to Daniel from the admin department. He will have a look and promise to phone me back. Haven't phoned me back
3. Third phone call 19 June (25 Min duration) spoke to Kelvin he promise to have a look and take everything to Daniel and ask him to phone me back) - have not received any phone call back.
4. 20 June - Phone call Kelvin will ask Daniel to phone me back duration 30 min
5 21 June -phone call Kelvin - Daniel will have al look and phone me back Monday Moring before 9am.
6. 24 June receive a e-mail requesting my bank statement (I have sent a copy with my e-mail 14 of june)
7. phoned again Kelvin picked up (duration 25 min) asked to speak to a manager - holding for 20 min and drop the phone were never transfer.

PLEASE HELP!!!
