Renewed my contract on 30/11/2013, took the phone back on the 11/01/2014 (Saturday) for repairs as the camera button stopped working, but was told MTN can't keep customer's phones over the weekend, was however told that the phone would be replaced (Lee Roy). Went back on 13/01/2014 (Monday), waited 45 min to be helped even tough I had cleared up everything the previous Friday and just wanted to drop the phone off (Daniel). Today 24/01/2014, I still haven't had any feedback regarding my phone, MTN's shop has no phone, so I can't contact them and Daniel's phone is permanently on voice-mail, I left him a message on 22/01/2014. Now I have to drive from Grabouw tonight, to go and sit in a queue for 45 min just to get an update on my phone. MTN get a freaking service desk so people can phone the shop, and can be helped with small things, or told to wait in line for the next consultant when it comes to upgrades and such. And in cases such as these, I NEED FEEDBACK!!
