I would just like to find out when will I receive my fifth contract that has been approved in Middle June 2013, the order was for one of your promotions that contains the smart TV and the router. It is the 21 July 2013 and I still have not received my smart TV.
The contract said that it would take 2 - 3 weeks for a delivery, I would kindly like to know what is the cause for not delivering my order. In the entire time you were not even able to follow up if I did or did not receive my delivery. I am very upset about the service that I'm experiencing at MTN in the first 2 months. I do not have signal on my cell phone's most of the time and there is also a lot of drop calls.
My boss, friends and family complain everyday "why is my phone always off" but my Phone is never off.
I would appreciate it if someone can follow up on the complaint. I also would like to advise you that I have moved from Vodacom to MTN because of there poor service and thus far I have not seen any better service from your side.
I surely hope we can get something done and sorted out.
