Over two weeks ago the Vodacom app and widget stopped working. After reporting it directly to the app developers, I received a reply asking me to report it to Vodacom's customer care, which I did on the 20th January. I received a mail from Zaheer to say that I could expect a response within 24 hours. In spite of sending two further e-mails to Zaheer, I have heard nothing from Vodacom. The app and widget are still not working. Very poor service.
