I have a contract with Autopage for the 1GB data per month at R289. My internet is supposed to switch off after 1GB has been used up as this is was what I requested before signing the contract. I have a copy of the contract where usage has been amended to 0. My data did not switch off and I used my internet as usual, thinking that obviously it will switch off. Not this time, it did not and my account has been debited for R2379 on Christmas day. I cannot afford to pay that amount of money. I mean, I have an agreement with them that my data will only be 1GB per month and after that I will top-up myself as that was what was agreed to by the sales person, after consulting the branch I am now being advised that I must migrate my contract in order to top up, upon signing the contact this is what I requested else I would not have taken the contract. This is the invoice for November the invoice for December is still to come and currently at R1600.Please advise on a way forward.
