The last Proverbial Straw

Everything was great in the beginning, fast line, great support for any issue. My issues:
Connection speed - wifi unstable, terrible speed just to load a page
telkom line - since inception we have been receiving calls from random parties, some corporate even. they even confirm different numbers yet it still routes to us. we don't pick up the phone any more. they wanted over R200 to change the line!
Unfair billing - in november i took out a 7 day trial with mweb, apparently i was loaded with mweb for almost a month!! logged a call with telkom without knowing this, no feedback and then they try to bill me for an unnecessary call out fee of over R200!! I feel betrayed since I stayed loyal and decided to stick with telkom even though mweb provided so much support and they turn around to bill me for it.
My major concern is that there is no feedback system, no standard email box nothing. you log a call and then nothing, it either gets fixed or not without you knowing. I have tried calling, twitter and still no resolution. I have so many ref numbers it's ridiculous. 64brk250114 (bathobile) 27165353 (annamarie) 750crk030513. to name a few. I cannot take this anymore. please understand!!!
