One up for Telkom Gateway

We always read how people Telkom for shoddy service. But I on the other hand, have received nothing but excellent service from them. Their consultant, Ntando was super friendly and efficient in carrying out his duties.
His first concern was the wireless modem which I wanted to purchase may not receive 4G signal in my area at home and he was reluctant to sell it to me. The signal issue wasn't of grave concern to me as their 3G signal would suffice. Now he could easily have just sold me the modem without worrying about my not being able to use the modem to it's full potential, but I told him I would take it anyway. Telkom didn't know me from a bar of soap and wrote up and approved my contract application within 15 minutes! To me that was amazing after all the previous delays I'd experienced with other cell carriers.
This all happened last year October and to date the modem still works a bomb and actually does pick up 4G signal in my area. Their billing system has allayed my fears of secret little costs attached to some fine print which we always find out about after we've purchased a product, and my bill every month so far has never been more then what I signed up for.
