In December 2013 I made my last payment of R398. 00 to settle my MTN SA 24 month contract. Shockingly in January 2014 I received a message from them stating that I owe them R516.00, but how is this possible when I was told my account was paid up by the consultants. This is a bridge of my trust as I believed I no longer owe the service provider. MTN is dishonest and misleads their clients, no one told me there were additional payments I'd have to make after keeping my end of the bargain in paying what I was owing, what MTN is doing is going against the consumer protection act.
I would really like to know what exactly i am being charged for NOW.
