I am having endless problems with your hopeless company, when i complain eventually youll call me and still no problem has been resolved. I was assured that a manager will sort it out but never does. Why would vodacom even want to do business with an incompetent useless company like neotel. Sort out my problems or i will make sure all of my 1000 contacts know about the pathetic service of neotel.
