Over the last 5 months, I have had endless, endless problems where my bill has suddenly more than doubled. Neotel claim that I have been using huge amount of data. I've gone through their complaints procedure and even reported them to ICASA. I've requested them on several occasions to cap my monthly bill, but this was ignored each time. They tell me they will investigate my dispute, but never come back to me. Since August 2013, I believe they've over-billed me by over R2000. I requested the termination of my account a month ago. The line is still active. I'm at my wits' end. Please help!
