This is now my 2nd complaint about Neotel and I haven't had an account with them since June 06 2013. We cancelled our account due to pathetic service and it would appear that service runs throughout the entire company, accounts department included. I received my cancellation fee at the beginning of July, i paid it directly to Neotel before the end of July. I received read receipts and acknowledgment of the proof of payment only to have the amount deducted again via debit order. Once again Neotel has failed to impress and quite frankly, due to the fact that they received and acknowledged the payment of the account and still went ahead and deducted it from my account, AGAIN, makes me feel they are completely incompetent, and.
