Incompetent, rude and horrible customer ethics

I have now called telkom several times over and over and over all I received is Incompetent, rude and horrible customer ethics and lack of service.
I have logged countless calls the most recent is today 29 01 14 19:55
I spoke to Brian from Pretoria (supervisor obakeng)
He was so so rude and not in the mood to help but rather transfer me to another department.
I want Brian & my line dealt with immediately or I will take this further.
