To all current and possible clients of Brian Goble Motors
Be very careful if you decide to take your car to Brian Goble Motors for what ever reason.
The short version of my complaint was that after getting a qoute for repairs by them the job was just done without consent.
Another quote at a lesser rate was being sourced in the interum.
Brian Goble Motors said they presumed that they could do the job and if payment was not made the motor would not be given back and that they would take the matter to court.
Where are the ethics? Do we not have a consumer protection act to protect us against companies like this?
I think this is disgusting business practise and bulling tactics.
