I have been trying to arrange a pick up for the incorrect goods delivered to me for over 3 weeks now and I called in the customer service line now and a very rude and incompetent lady by the name of Linda was rude and arrogant towards, I would like immediately for Home choice to get someone to collect the beddings from me asap.
I called in 3 times to the customer care line and every time they put me on hold for 8 to 10 minutes stating they trying to sort out my query but in all 3 instances they put me through to their customer service survey, this is highly unacceptable
Home Choice has incompetent and rude staff that have no clue what's going on in the business. They need to train their staff and learn to deal with their customers in a better manner.
