I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Telkom SA. I had put forward a billing complaint and whilst I was ranting and raving I had the phone put down in my ear by the supervisor. I called back I spoke to another supervisor who was to get back to me after listening to all the recordings and to date I have had no feedback. I just got the impression that because my surname is Pillay and not Dlamini or Smith my query is not of any importance. I just wish Telkom could be run the way it was when my daughter first started at Telkom in 1991. Now no one knows what's customer service or business ethics anymore
