New Phone Needs repairs

Took out a new contract start of Jan. Had the phone 2-3 weeks, till it started vibrating constantly. Phoned Customer Queries 2 enquire if they can either issue me with a new phone or not debit cause I don't have the device or even started using the package deal, cause in all honesty who wants a brand new phone that now needs repairs, regardless what the fault is. The moment I mentioned that the call centre agent Birton had a change in his tone of voice, we argued over and over again, cause all he could do was what any trained circus monkey could do and that was what he was trained to do, not even an attempt to find out from Superiors if there was any other way he could assist, Not a clue of what it means by going the extra mile. He also went as far as to mimic me by whispering to someone while I was still speaking. His "team leader" Magaret then took over, and not even an apology for her co-workers behaviour nothing. Now I have to wait - 30 days for a new/old phone, now is that what I signed up for? and is that how you treat existing clients? Nashua def need to have a re-look at its slogan cause you def NOT Saving me Time, NOT Saving me money, and NOT putting me 1st
