My freinds contract ran out and she was still being billed, she lost her phone and didnt know how to cancel the already completed 24 month contract. Well I had success using Vodacom eService so I thought lets have another go. Blow me over with a feather, they came back with an e-mail then 2 calls and they could not do enough for my friend, 07:40 this morning I sent a copy of my friends ID to Vodacom so they can cancel the contract. Well I have to admit it "VODACOM" have the right people in the right positions. Weldone Thembeke and a big thank you from me and Dez.? WOW 08:00 and know Zaakirha Manual just e-mailed and asked does she want to keep the number or delete it, now that is BRILLIANT SERVICE.
