Yesterday i went to Vodacom shop at vaal mall to do my sim swap, but as i have a contract with Smartcom i have to call them so that they can send me a confirmation letter that says that they grant me to do a sim swap, i call them more than six times with my airtime. one of the assistance who was helping me she said i must call again so that she can talk to a consultant at the store, i ask her why am i supose to call so that she can talk using my airtime. I finally ask someone to call me back and i explain the situation until she said she will fax the letter of confirmation and that i should give her 2 minutes, wich turned to be 45 minutes. i waited for the letter until they close. You guys don't know how to treat your customers. i havent do my sim swap even now, and i had to take a day off at work to do all this. i'm disappointed and when i'm done i think i will cancel my contract immediately.
