Telkom
Wrongfully handed over for default in payment

I had Telkom PABX system which did not work and was supposed to be re-installed in the new business premises. It was cancelled on the 27 August 2013 .The solution sold to me did not work properly. I was advised by the consultant dealing with my case Nathi Baloyi that it would be resolved and that all monies due to me will be back dated and refunded to me. Telkom only removed the removed the system in November 2013.I was also instructed by a Telkom employee not to make payment on the account until all the refunds are done once the system gets removed. I was also going to get a phone call from Nathi Baloyi when the account was finalised. This never happened. I have not received any phone calls or communication about any amounts that where supposed to be paid by myself. It was only communicated to me that Telkom owed me a credit.
When I got an sms that I was handed over. I logged a query. I see that the calculations and the amounts due was in January 2014 according to the Account. I found out that my amount owing was calculated in January and I also have to pay legal costs added to the account. This is very unprofessional from Telkom on the way my account as been conducted.
