A month for a new phone? Poor service!

I was due for an upgrade and decided to get the new Iphone-C. As the branch had no stock, they ordered some. I've been waiting for more than a month, received my first statement to be paid, my old phone (Blackberry) is on the edge of crashing... but still no news.

When I talked with the branch they said they're waiting for head-office. All the exciting marketing doesn't help if you can't deliver the goods. It seems that poor service-delivery is not just a problem in the public-sector!
