On the 13th September i purchased goods on credit from Beares Gezina. They delivered everything except my dining room suite which were not in stock.
About a month ago they informed me that the have received the stock. I made arrangements with them to deliver on saturdays since i am not at home during the week. I still haven't received the good. I arranged with them again on the Friday, 1st Nov 2013 to deliver the goods to my new address, and still no one showed up.
I talked to the branch manager on Sunday, 3rd Nov 2013 and she assured me that my dining room suite will be delivered on the 9th Nov. I am still waiting and it is the 11 Nov now.
It's been almost 2 months after i've purchased the goods and i am yet to receive them. What is the point of arranging delivery and then no one shows up. Every time it is the same story with them. They are incompetent and unreliable.
