POOR MANAGING AND COMMUNICATION

Last week I was there to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 5. They say there is stock coming the next day and I must come then. When i arrive I am kept waiting and eventually am told that there is no stock. After 3/4 days they still have no stock when on their server it says my phone is at the store, either now, they've or lost it! I have waited a week now for my phone and then hearing that someone who placed an order in after me got their Iphone 5, makes it even worse. poor management and communication as they do not know what is going on or even help me with this problem and the same with Head office.
