Have 2GB plus 2GB Night owl package - we have not exceeded our data use by one month and in December a child got hold of our IPAD and used significant data. YES we knew we were going to pay more what we did not know what exactly how much R2/MB - THATS REDICULOUS!!! We are sitting with a Vodacom bill of over 6K for December - on pay as you go you pay R150 for 1GB now compare the cost. VODACOM should be ashamed of themselves. Firstly inform your customer secondly daylight to add an out of bundle cost so that we have to go and make debt to pay these hideous amounts.
I logged a call over a week ago - NO FEEDBACK AS YET!!!
