I took a phone through fnb in which I reported faults with it within 7 days. I was told to take it to Samsung for assessment and the report confirmed that the device is faulty and need to be replaced. I sent the report to fnb and up until today I have not heard anything from them. I was told I will be contacted last week, I'm still waiting. I don't what to do anymore. I hope the debit order does not go off since I haven't used the device because it is unusable and im entitled to cancel since I reported the issue within 7 days. This division of fnb big time. I mean, since 2013 December trying to solve this issue?
