Great and Efficient Service

Over the course of the past 3 weeks I have ordered a Telkom Telephone Line with the intention of then ordering an ADSL line and connection through MWeb. My experience with MWeb, who seems to have lost track of the process, has been poor.

While I am unaware whether Telkom has contributed to that issue I would like to compliment my experience of this particular individual as incredibly positive. I have received swift and confident feedback confirming that an open order holding MWeb up is in fact a Wholesale DSL conversion, which I believe can only belong to MWeb. Even prior to that Amanda was responding to my queries rapidly and informatively. Well done Amanda, you are giving Telkom a good name for me anyway. I would also like to commend the quality and speed of the technician that installed my line, his name I cannot recall.
