Good Day,
I now have noticed that telkom is truly Hellcom. Running an IT Support company for 7 years from home, I have encourage my clients to use telkom as their ADSL and ISP because of the service, this changed.

My internet and landline was suddenly dead on the 12th of Jan 2014, after coming home to late work that needs to be ready for the Monday. I managed to get the work done via my Mobile at a very slow pace. First thing on Monday on the 13th Jan 2014 I phoned telkom reporting my landline. I spoke to a person that helped me swiftly. Bion gave me the Ref nr : 73ctk130114 . All fast and there is enough time during the day to get the problem fixed. The day passed and on the 14th Jan I didn't call telkom as I presume they should Check on the fault. I again phoned on the 15th Jan, and advice the person that I work from home to mark it as urgent. 16th Jan. I phoned 5 times being cut 4 times. Spending 20min on the line to find that a tech was dispatched the morning should arrive anytime. I found the 10 pair aerial line was about 2 ours work to fix. Phoned Alton Tsetdeka he did not come back. Johan Fury phone is voicemail. Who will carry the cost of the money Im losing?
