My husband died on 21 October 2013 I went to MTN (MMTV) bethlehem to cancel my husbands contract and ask to change it to prepaid because we run a business and I need to keep the number. Gave them all the documents. After a while I received a call and said it can be done but I must pay R4200 I went the same day to pay they early November. At this day nothing is changed if I went there no one can help me they call MTN and also speak to the leagal department. Nothing happens. The phone are not being canselled and not been made prepaid. I am fedup to struggle like this and no one can helps me. A guy that works there Dries had a bad attitude. Where is my money and what happens now. Please help!!!
